Who we are
This site is operated by Expat Retirement Planner. We are the data controller for anything you choose to send us, and you can reach us through the form on the planner.
What we collect
The planner itself runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere unless you fill in the contact form and press send.
If you do send it, we receive:
- your name and email address
- anything you write in the message box
- the figures you entered into the planner, and the plan it produced
Why we use it
Only to reply to you about your enquiry and, if you want it, to arrange a conversation. We do not use it for anything else.
What we will not do
- We will not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
- We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing you did not ask for.
- We will not contact you again if you ask us not to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months and then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case our record-keeping obligations apply.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, which may involve transfers outside the UK and EEA under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through the form and we will deal with it within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.
